Aurie and the Talisman
Since the last meeting with Noah, Aurie could feel him very strongly with her. She had the impression that he was watching over her particularly intensely. She often did her light egg exercise and collected the light within herself. At first, it was still difficult for her to perceive the darkness around her without taking it in. But the better she managed to let the light flow from her heart into the world, the calmer she became and the more powerful she felt again.
Her grandmother's shadows were still there. Her forehead was constantly furrowed with worry and she sighed heavily. Her grandmother had become less powerful since the old shadows had caught up with her again, and Aurie felt sorry for that. Aurie had noticed that she could also increasingly perceive a heaviness that accompanies people. She had noticed how many people carry unresolved shadows with them. How grateful she was that Noah had taught her the light egg exercise! She felt as if she could put a thick coat of light around herself that would protect her from this heaviness. She wondered how she had ever been able to withstand this energy before.
Lost in thought, Aurie leaned against her apple tree and played with the shell around her neck. Her mother had found it by the sea and brought it to her. The sea had washed out a hole at the top. Her mother had threaded a leather cord through it so that Aurie could wear the shell around her neck. She loved this necklace. She felt like she always had the sea close to her. And she felt that the necklace gave her strength whenever she consciously reached for the shell.
“You have a powerful talisman there.”
Aurie hadn't even noticed that Noah had appeared. She sat up and beamed at him. How wonderful it was to see his glow and absorb his energy.
"Through the love that your mother put into the shell, the shell has become a symbol of protection. It gives you strength and protects you," Noah explained to her.
Aurie put her hands around the shell. She could feel her mother's love and smiled gratefully.
"Last time I already pointed out to you that children need very strong spiritual help in order to be able to dissolve old shadow energies. Above all, however, they need really good protection before this is possible. Only when you have learned to build and maintain this protection will I show you how to dissolve old shadow energies." Noah looked at her piercingly.
"Today I want to show you an exercise through which you can become a very strong talisman yourself. It is becoming more and more important to really learn to protect yourself from the old shadows so that you can bring the new into the world. Everything wants to come into the light, everything wants to be redeemed. But that also means that the old, unresolved shadows are coming to the surface more and more. You have to protect yourself from that because they have a powerful energy," Noah taught her.
“Are you aware that there are more angels besides your guardian angel?” Noah asked her.
Aurie grinned. "If you ask like that, then I'll assume so! I haven't seen them yet." Aurie thought for a moment. "But I assume that the many stories that exist about angels all have a kernel of truth."
"Absolutely, Aurie, absolutely. The energy of the archangels will help you to become a powerful talisman yourself."
"What are archangels?" Aurie wanted to know. "I only know them from church, and in the Bible stories they are always overpowering and often frightening."
"You don't have to be afraid." Noah looked at her lovingly. "People used to work a lot with power and fear. Religions were abused for this. Things that they couldn't explain were often portrayed as overpowering. Archangels support you in your development into a person who lives love, who approaches every form of life with kindness and mindfulness. Who acts for the good of all. They are an expression of pure divine power, wisdom and goodness. These angels are deeply connected to the divine being. Archangels create life. Life can only be created from the vibration of love."
Aurie took a deep breath. She had learned that by now. If something was pure love, she didn't have to be afraid of it.
"To strengthen your protection, I will show you an exercise in which you ask Archangel Gabriel for help," Noah explained. "He is an extremely gentle and loving archangel. He supports you in feeling peace and harmony in your body and protects you. If you do the exercise that I am about to show you intensively and consciously visualize a five-pointed star on your energy body, you will create strong protection."
“My energy body?” asked Aurie.
"Your energy body, experts call it the etheric body, penetrates your physical, material body and extends slightly beyond it. It is your energy field that penetrates and surrounds you. The field that you learned to protect with the light egg exercise," Noah grinned. "Stand up, Aurie."
Aurie rose from the grass and stretched.
"If you stand with your arms stretched out to the side and your legs wide apart, you form a five-pointed star with your body. Your legs are the two points of the star pointing downwards. Your arms form a point to the right and left and your head is the point pointing upwards," Noah explained to her.
Aurie positioned herself as Noah explained to her.
"Breathe deeply and ask Archangel Gabriel to protect you. Raise both arms above your head so that your hands form a point. Imagine the sky-blue light of Archangel Gabriel flowing from your hands. Feel the light flowing from your hands. At the same time, draw a blue line with your hands to your feet - with your right hand to your right foot and with your left hand to your left foot. Raise both arms again and cross them over your chest, i.e. the left hand goes to the right side and the right hand to the left. In this way, you draw the blue line from your feet to the side outwards to the height of your shoulders. Now stretch both arms out to the side so that the blue line connects horizontally at the height of your shoulders. You are now surrounded by a five-pointed star of sky-blue light. Draw the star around you two or three times. Breathe deeply and perceive the calm, soothing presence of Archangel Gabriel and his strong protection that surrounds you. Thank him for protecting you.”[1]
Aurie drew the blue star around herself three times, just as Noah had explained. She noticed that she felt much more powerful inside. She actually felt as if the shadows were receding from her. Like when you turn on a bright flashlight whose beam of light extends into the darkness. She liked that.
"You can also do this exercise without actively positioning your body, but just imagine it internally. You then use your energetic hands and draw the star around you. The more intensively you do this exercise, the faster you can get Archangel Gabriel to help you and activate the star when you really need his protection. If you combine your light egg exercise with the five-pointed star exercise, your protection will be even more powerful," Noah instructed.
Aurie sat down on the grass again and leaned against the apple tree. She had to sort out this new feeling in her body. She felt as if she now had more space within herself. She sighed deeply and looked at Noah, lost in thought. She murmured quietly: "Thank you," and tears ran down her face. Noah looked at her good-naturedly.
"Let the tears flow, Aurie. They are a sign that something has been released within you. When the deepest love touches us, tears often flow. Tears of happiness and security. And at the same time, they also reflect the sadness about the pain caused by the unresolved shadows. The sadness is allowed to be there. The day will come when I will show you how you can continue to work with the shadows to resolve the pain. Now you will first learn to connect with the protection of Archangel Gabriel."
Aurie was grateful for Noah's words. The angel stood up and came before her. And for the first time he let her see how he wrapped his wings around her. She was completely enveloped in his golden light. Deep love flowed into every cell of her body and she felt great peace and security flowing through her. Full of gratitude, she leaned back and let herself sink into this love. She fell asleep. When she woke up again after a while, the sun was just beginning to set. Noah was no longer visible, but she could still feel him and deep peace filled her.
