Aurie and the game with the angel

Aurie had been practicing her light egg diligently. She now consciously activated it in bed in the morning before she got up and concentrated on it again before she went to school. Now she could cope better there, even though the arguments were still there and she could sense the hatred and fear. But she no longer had the feeling that it was taking her breath away. She could better sense where she felt comfortable and, for example, would leave if she noticed that an argument was too much for her. She played more with the children who made her feel good. It wasn't the same every day. And she noticed that she could laugh again at school and that this in turn was good for the other children.

Since she had met Noah, her guardian angel, under her apple tree, she had always felt his loving gaze. However, when she looked around, she could not see him anywhere. That made her a little sad, because he was so beautiful to look at. And above all, it did her an incredible amount of good to feel the deep peace within her that he radiated when he was there.

In the last few days, Aurie noticed how her longing to meet Noah again was growing. Noah had said that the wish had to come from deep within her heart in order for her to be able to meet him again.

One afternoon, when she was really longing to see him, she went back to her grandmother's garden to her apple tree and sat under it. The sun warmed her face and she leaned against the trunk. She squinted in the sun and waited for something to happen. And she fell asleep. At some point she woke up because she noticed that someone was looking at her. She opened her eyes and was overwhelmed with joy: Noah was sitting in front of her, smiling good-naturedly at her. He was beaming in his bright and flowing yellow-orange and Aurie felt herself filled with deep peace as she looked at him.

“Hello Aurie.”

How wonderful it was to hear his voice again! Aurie smiled happily.

"I'm so glad you're back! I was a little worried that it wouldn't work out again."

“Your heart was full of trust, otherwise you wouldn’t be able to see me now,” Noah answered good-naturedly.

“Is that a prerequisite for seeing angels?” asked Aurie.

"And."

“And if I have trust, it will always work?” Aurie wanted to know.

Noah laughed happily. "Not quite. It still needs a little more."

"Can you tell me more about how to talk to your guardian angel? As I said, I don't know anyone else who can see angels. At least, no one has ever told me about it. I only know people who talk about angels or pray to them, like my grandmother. But I'm not sure if they actually know that angels really exist."

“Do you know the role of guardian angels, Aurie?” asked Noah.

“My grandmother says that every child has a guardian angel who always looks after them.”

“That’s right, Aurie.

Your guardian angel never leaves your side for a second.

Because you are a spark of God and your soul is perfect, you have a guardian angel who accompanies you here on earth and looks after you.

Your guardian angel loves you unconditionally. Even if you make a mistake, he will continue to love you and help you learn from it. He loves you just the way you are.

Your guardian angel can take on a human form because that is familiar to you and makes you feel safe.

Your guardian angel can teach you many things to help you cope with life.

Your guardian angel always reminds you that you as humans are the guardian angels of nature and animals.”

“A spark of God?” asked Aurie, raising her eyebrow.

"Yes, a spark of God. You are simply love, Aurie. If you love everything and everyone, like you love your grandmother, with all your heart, what happens?"

"I pay attention to it because it's important to me." Aurie continued to think. "I feel love for everyone. I think about how I can support them. I am full of joy about what they achieve."

"Exactly, Aurie. People have just forgotten that that's what they are - a spark of God. And they no longer know how to live this pure love. And that's why they've lost contact with their guardian angel. It's even easier for children to remember to really love and to get back in touch with their angel. They are still open and full of trust."

Aurie thought about what Noah had just said.

"Ok. But how do I get in touch with my guardian angel? Especially if I can't see him, how do I know that my guardian angel is there?" asked Aurie.

"Aurie, do you remember when I told you that I can never act against your will? And that I can only support you if you ask me to?" Noah asked seriously.

"Yes. That's what you told me last time. You said that the desire to be accompanied by you must be deep in my heart."

"Exactly. This deep desire is very important if you want to get in touch with your guardian angel. You have to really, really want it and ask him intensely to be with you. You also have to trust that it will happen, but without a fixed idea of how it will happen."

"Why?"

"Because it's different for every person. For example, you felt my gaze on you. Some describe a slight tingling sensation. Others describe a breath of air on their face or hand. Or they feel inner peace. Guardian angels try to show you how you can recognize them and feel their presence.

But if you don't yet know how to feel the presence of your guardian angel, then play the following game with him:

Stand in front of the mirror and greet your guardian angel. Get ready to move your hand, the one you write with. Look at yourself in the mirror. Now raise your hand and spread your fingers so that they do not touch. Look at yourself in the mirror and imagine that your reflection is your guardian angel, looking at you and holding his hand at the same height as you.

Now move your hand slowly towards your reflection, close enough that you can touch your fingertips in the mirror and feel the gentle touch on the mirror. Now move your fingers one after the other and touch the fingertips in the mirror with them. Imagine that they are the fingertips of your guardian angel. You have to practice this a few times. You may already notice a sensation here that comes from your guardian angel and with which he wants to help you to feel that he is there.

If you have practiced this well, i.e. you can really imagine your guardian angel in front of you, then you no longer need a mirror.

If you now ask your guardian angel to stand in front of you, he will do so. Imagine him standing in front of you. As soon as you raise your hand, your guardian angel will hold his hand right in front of yours. Now start to feel your guardian angel's fingers. Ask him to gently touch your fingertips. One finger at a time. Always pause briefly, then the next.

You may not feel anything at first. This requires training. The more often you do it, the more your perception will be trained. Be like a detective. This could be a tingling or an electric sensation in your finger (very weak or very strong), warmth, coolness, something soft, a laugh, a smile inside you. If you notice something, thank it. And then ask your guardian angel to play with you again. You can also ask your guardian angel to be a little gentler or perhaps a little clearer so that you can perceive his presence better.

Play the game as often as you can to notice that your guardian angel is with you and to recognize him exactly. Because your guardian angel is only there for you. The better you feel him, the more the trust between you can grow and he can be there for you when you need him."[1]

Aurie was silent for a while after Noah had finished explaining the game to her. She thought the idea was funny. She now knew from her own experience how she could perceive and recognize Noah. She decided to tell Julia, her friend, about the game and try it out with her to see how it worked.

“Noah, I have another question. How do you talk to an angel?”

Noah laughed.

"You already know two forms of it. You do one form every day with your grandmother since you were born. You pray with her every evening that I will accompany you and protect you at night.

Prayers are a form of communication with your guardian angel.

The second way is to ask specific questions. You can only get answers if you ask a question. We are now talking directly. The angels always find a way to give you an answer to your questions. So it could be that you meet someone who gives you the answer, or you read a book and find the answer there."

"What are the possibilities?"

"For example, if you ask for a sign of hope, angels often leave feathers for people. You can usually find them in unusual places where you don't normally find feathers. Most people don't notice them, though. Children usually do." Noah grinned.

“Guardian angels also send you thoughts. Then it is important to react to them.”

“What do you mean?” asked Aurie.

"Do you remember, Aurie, when that boy in your class was feeling so bad last week and you went to him during recess and offered him your apple?" asked Noah.

"Yes. But he didn't want it."

“That wasn’t important either. But what happened then?”

"He smiled at me. And then he told me about his cat. And I told him about mine."

“And how did he feel afterwards?” Noah wanted to know.

"He was happier afterward," Aurie replied. She thought for a moment. "I never normally talked to that boy."

“And why did you do it that day?” Noah asked.

“I suddenly felt that it was important to go to him.”

Noah grinned broadly and suddenly Aurie understood: “You sent me the idea to go to him!” Noah nodded.

"That's why it's important that you pay attention. Because sometimes you are the one who is supposed to transmit the sign from the angels, or you have the answer to a question that someone has asked, or you can be the help that someone has asked for. And the better you are in contact with your guardian angel, the better you can perceive him and respond to him. And the better he can teach you things that will help you get by in life."

"That makes sense to me," said Aurie. "Since I've been talking to you, I've learned a lot of important things." She smiled gratefully at Noah.

"So, my love." Noah stood up. "You've learned a lot of new things today and it's important that you practice it again. Learn to be in contact with me about these possibilities in the next few weeks."

“What if I want to see you again?” Aurie asked quickly.

"The day will come. But now it's really about practicing well before I can teach you anything else." Noah gave her a kind of air kiss, which made Aurie laugh. She felt a light breeze on her cheek. Noah disappeared behind the apple tree again and Aurie sat for a while to think about what she had learned from Noah today. Suddenly she felt an urgent desire to go back to the kitchen to her grandmother and she had to laugh because she could feel Noah's gaze on her.
