Aurie and Love

Aurie leaned against her apple tree and was happy. She was doing quite well. Since meeting Noah, she had learned so much and it had changed her life significantly. She took a deep breath and sank down on her back into the grass. From there, she watched the sky through the leaves of the tree. How much lightness her life had gained.

Since she had learned to actively protect her energy field, she felt much more powerful and present. She was able to experience the day more consciously and enjoy the many little things. Even though the world around her was still very heavy, she was now able to endure it better and distance herself from it better. And above all, she no longer felt guilty about living her own radiance.

Above all, Aurie was grateful that Noah had taught her how to perceive him better and listen to his signals. It was a great help to her if she managed to be alert enough to notice them. Just recently, she had been standing with a group of children in the schoolyard, laughing and joking with them. Suddenly, Aurie had noticed how the mood had changed, but she couldn't place it. And then she could sense an inner warning to go to another group of girls on the other side of the schoolyard. She followed this impulse and joined them. From there, she could see how a fight suddenly broke out among the other children and two boys attacked each other. If she had stayed there, she would have been caught up in the fight. Aurie sighed gratefully.

Aurie continued to think about how easy it was for her to trust in these inner impulses and the guidance of the angels. She wondered why others couldn't do it and why most of them doubted it. As soon as she had asked herself this question, she felt a great warmth and deep peace within herself. She knew Noah was there. Aurie sat up and saw Noah in his radiant yellow-orange, sitting across from her, smiling.

"An important question, Aurie. Why are you able to trust your inner guidance?"

"I remember love, the love that connects all people. And I am deeply connected to this love myself. Since I remembered my vision again, this has become very clear to me," Aurie replied. "I don't feel like I can ever lose this love again, unless I don't want it anymore."

"That's right, Aurie. Love, which is the source of all life, cannot leave you. It is part of you, it flows through your life," confirmed Noah.

“But why can so many people no longer feel this love within themselves? Why have they lost the connection to it?” Aurie wanted to know.

"Remember what I told you: When children come to earth, they are still fully aware of their abilities, the connection to the deep power of love is still very strong and their belief in their own vision and power is enormous. Learning on earth works like this: we orient ourselves towards others. But if you have no one around you who is consciously connected to this deep love, who still remembers their vision - the adults have mostly forgotten it - then you will not be encouraged from outside to continue to believe in it. With external influences, the connection to the deep love is forgotten; most children do not learn to actively strengthen this connection. At some point, the reality that you experience on the outside every day has more meaning than the reality inside you, which lies hidden. And then doubt comes. The moment you doubt, you abandon trust. If you no longer trust, inner guidance is not possible. Doubt is resistance. And against your will, inner guidance is not possible,” Noah explained to her.

At that moment, Aurie was very grateful that she had never completely lost the connection to this deep love

"You didn't close your heart and kept it open. Many children - and adults too - close their hearts because they can't bear the pain of being separated from love. But that only creates even greater pain." Noah looked at Aurie good-naturedly.

Aurie nodded sadly. She had experienced this herself, giving more space to the pain than to the love within herself. Again, she was grateful that Noah had shown her how to protect herself from it.

"The love in people is never lost, Aurie. It just sometimes lies dormant deep within them. The moment it is stimulated by a radiance from outside and the other person becomes aware of the love within themselves, it will unfold again. Trust that your vision will become reality."

Noah looked at Aurie gently and she could feel a deep warmth in her heart.

"Everyone has to actively make the decision for love themselves. When people see that this deep connection with love is possible and they feel the strength you draw from it, it strengthens their courage to decide for love themselves and to trust in this power. Your deep trust in love and the connection with it is not only important for you, but also for everyone around you."

“Can’t people do something themselves to strengthen their connection with love and open their hearts to it again?” Aurie wanted to know.

"Of course, people can do something about it themselves. Strengthening the connection with love and bringing this power into the world is very important and the responsibility of every individual. If children learn not to lock their love in their hearts, but to keep their hearts open, they will change the world for good," said Noah.

“And what can the children do?” Aurie asked again.

“Every child has something that they like very much and unconditionally: flowers, animals, another person… What do you like very much?” she asked Noah.

"I love roses! I love their colors, their scent, their variety. I can't get enough of them." Aurie smiled happily.

“When you look at a rose, what happens inside you?” Noah asked.

"I feel like my heart expands, filled with warmth and happiness, when I look at a rose. I try to see the rose in all its details, to perceive it in all its beauty. I think that even when it is fading, it is still beautiful. I am filled with wonder inside and at the same time grateful that I was able to meet it. And I bless it and wish it strength and protection." Aurie continued to smile as she told Noah about it.

"Now close your eyes and look at yourself just as you would look at a rose, dear Aurie. [1] Try to see all your details and perceive your beauty. Look at yourself in amazement and be grateful that you exist, just as you are right now. Bless yourself and wish for strength and protection," Noah instructed her gently. "You can also practice this again and again in front of a mirror, that might be a little easier, especially at the beginning."

Aurie sat with her eyes closed and looked at herself internally. She noticed how she began to shine. Especially when she blessed herself, she felt a great power flowing into her.

When she opened her eyes again, she saw Noah smiling at her contentedly.

"This exercise will strengthen your connection with love even further and the power you radiate will be even more noticeable to others," said Noah.

"It is also important to send love out into the world in a very targeted way. If people want their world to change, they have to give love more space and power," said Noah. "Remember the law of attraction that I explained to you. Only when we put love out into the world can it come back to us. You have already had the experience with Paul: you were only able to experience his kindness because you were kind to him. People think that it has to be the other way around, that love has to come from outside so that they can feel it within themselves. But that is a mistake." Noah paused briefly.

“Do you want to send love into the world now?” she asked Noah.

“Oh yes, of course!” cried Aurie.

"Then close your eyes. I'll show you a possibility." Noah smiled gently.

"Breathe consciously from the top of your head to the soles of your feet, as I have already taught you, in order to achieve deep relaxation. Concentrate on your inner energy field.

Search your memory for an experience that touched you deeply. In which you felt your heart was wide, soft and open. In which it was full of love that could flow out of you and into you. Consciously go back to this memory. Be aware of your body in this moment, the space in your heart. How does it feel to be in this fullness of love? Be aware that this is only a fraction of how it feels when you are completely connected to infinite love. We are born in this fullness of love.

Fill your heart completely with this awareness of love, with every breath, let the love grow in your heart. And now, let the love flow with your breath. To whom is it easy for you to let this love flow? People, animals, countries, the earth. As soon as you let the love flow to them, it will also collect again in your heart with every breath. A cycle of love. Be aware of this. Feel the vastness, the freedom, the depth in your heart.

Now think of a place on earth where you normally feel your heart is tighter. Hold the love in your heart and let the breath of love flow there. And whenever you feel inclined to retreat into the narrowness, be aware that you are pure love. Infinite love does not judge. It is there. Be there with your love. Keep your heart open. Completely protected in love.

And now, look at yourself, in this moment. And let the love of your heart flow to you. With the same openness, with the same depth, just as lovingly. Let yourself be filled with pure love. Wrap yourself up in it completely. That is your true nature. Be aware of it with every breath."

Aurie took a deep breath and smiled. She felt a deep calm and strength flowing through her. She opened her eyes and smiled silently at Noah.

"At some point we will also talk about how you can heal old injuries and pain. This is necessary so that love can flow more freely and your heart can open even more. However, I will not tell you any more about it today." Noah smiled at her kindly.

"Now it is important that you continue to strengthen the power of love within you. The connection with love is the prerequisite for trust and the possibility of being guided by the same power that makes flowers grow.[2] But we will talk about that next time."

Noah stood up and winked at Aurie: "You shine beautifully when you are so deeply connected with love. Your radiance will touch many more people."

Before Aurie could say anything, Noah had already disappeared. She leaned against her apple tree and looked up at the sky through the leaves. Then she noticed that she felt a deep sense of connection and security within herself. The longing with which she usually looked up at the sky had faded.

“Love is at home within you, it is never separate from you,” she heard Noah say and Aurie had to smile.
